U13 A-C v SWP
A Team
On Wednesday the U13 ‘A’ Hockey Team travelled to Sir William Perkin’s School for a match. In a good game both school’s created opportunities and played some fine attacking hockey but also showed calmness and composure in defence and some fine goalkeeping. A goal in each half by Emily H and Olivia B secured Notre Dame a 2-0 victory; congratulations to the team for an excellent performance.

B and C Team Home Fixtures
B Team
Both teams played very well with a B team win 2-1. Players included Rachel G, Emma M, Darcey R, Bronte W, Maddison B, Olivia H and Chloe B-K. With goals coming from Maddison and Olivia.
C Team
The C team worked hard also as a team but narrowly lost out to SWP’S. Excellent effort made by Poppy M, Lauren K, Yasmin J, Ilse B, Amelia P, Julia D, Serena G. Playing up from year 7 their brilliant keeper Emma S.

Swimming Success for Ella
Leading on from Ella’s success as overall Surrey County U11 Age Group champion earlier this year, she broke a long standing (2009) Guildford City Swimming Club Record last weekend at the National Arena League in 50m freestyle in a time of 28:80. Ella has now again retained her 1st place nationally in the British Swimming Age Group Rankings – what a result!
