Salv is a chartered accountant by profession and has enjoyed working in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) for over 20 years. He has spent the majority of his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Aviva plc and now leads the M&A activities for The Access Group, a leading private equity-backed provider of business management software in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia-Pacific.
Salv enjoys keeping fit and is an avid rower at Walton Rowing Club.
Salv has a long association with Notre Dame as his daughter Emanuela Nigrelli started in the Nursery in 2003 and left in July 2020, having achieved three A* grades at A level in English Literature, History and Geography. She graduated from the University of Exeter with a first class degree in History and is pursuing a career in law. Emanuela is in the process of completing her solicitors’ exams and has secured a training contract with Travers Smith, a leading full-service international law firm.
