Forest School April 1st

Owls

Hot Cross buns were toasted on the campfire in Forest School this week and were enjoyed with strawberry jam, a warm blackcurrant drink and campfire singing! The children have been looking after the flower beds and giving the flora water to help them keep hydrated. They enjoyed being creative with colourful leaf prints and they took part in team games!

Reception

Reception girls went on a nature walk today identifying the flora and seeing signs of Spring and new growth. They collected leaves and were creative making leaf prints. They enjoyed playing team games that enhanced their knowledge of prey and predators and they enjoyed Forest Bathing and being in tune with their sense of what they were hearing, smelling, seeing, and feeling.
