Sessions and Attendance Options
Attendance Pattern
All aged 2 and 3 children must attend for a minimum of 3 morning sessions per week. For children in Pre-Reception
a minimum of 4 morning sessions per week are required with the expectation this will rise to 5 morning sessions by
the Summer Term.
Children aged 2-4 are able to attend Notre Dame Pre-school Nursery either during term time only and subject to
availability, during the holidays up to 48 weeks in a year ‘Term Time Plus’. Please refer to the Pre-School Nursery
Terms and Conditions for full details relating to attendance and fee payment arrangements.

Government Funded Early Education and Childcare Vouchers
We participate in the Government’s Funded Early Education (FEE) scheme which enables eligible families to access 15 or 30 hours of funded early education per week for 2, 3 and 4 year olds, in addition to Childcare vouchers and tax-free childcare. All parents who receive SCC funding are required to re-confirm their status on a termly basis. A declaration form will be sent to parents each term and the original must be returned to the Nursery Manager on the first day of term. If this form is not received, the funding cannot be applied.
Discounts/Vouchers
All children who pre-book 5 Standard or 5 Extended Days will receive a 5% discount.
Tax-Free Childcare and Childcare vouchers can be used as payment for school fees and non-compulsory education,
up to and including the term in which the child turns five.
Reception Discount
All children who have attended Nursery for two terms prior to attending Notre Dame’s Reception class will qualify for a discount of £1,000 on their Autumn term’s fees in Reception.
Pupils can continue to receive universal Funded Early Education “FEE” in Reception at Notre Dame School, until they reach statutory school age, which is the term after their fifth birthday.

individual attendance patterns. These may be affected by school closure dates and Bank Holidays.

Funding will be applied to your invoice based on Surrey County Council’s (SCC) confirmed eligibility and current
published rates.
