The assessment is not expected to be a daunting experience and is in place to ensure that girls would sit comfortably within their cohort, be happy and thrive with us here at Notre Dame.

We also offer individual assessments for applicants in other year groups. These assessments consist of online tests, which are age-appropriate standardised tests in maths and English. In addition, some questions relate to non-verbal reasoning and spatial aptitudes and skills. These online assessments are multiple-choice and specifically designed to not require any previous preparation. We also ask for a short comprehension and a piece of creative writing on a given topic. We host our assessments on a Thursday morning.
