We are immensely proud to announce that Charlotte M (Y12) smashed this epic event for Cancer Research yesterday and did 50km in just over 10 hours!
Her team, including her dad, started at 8.30am in Putney and finished at Windsor at 7pm. She did a combination of running and walking but as a team they stuck together and Charlotte was the first to cross the line and for such an amazing cause.
Although ill, her grandad was alive to know she was doing it whilst he is in hospital and was also extremely proud of her. With company match, Charlotte and the team raised an impressive 20k for Cancer Research. Charlotte trained hard for this alongside her hockey training and playing for the ladies team at Surbiton Hockey Club.
