Sophie, Year 1 was busy baking at the weekend! She borrowed a Children’s Cookery book from the library last week and challenged herself to bake! She made some very delicious fairy cakes to take to her Auntie Em’s house! Everyone loved them!
Holly recently met one of her favourite authors Annabel Steadman! Annabel writes as A.F Steadman and is the author of the Skandar Series. Annabel signed copies of Hollys books including her new book Skanders and the Chaos Trials! Holly has already dived into the book and is halfway though! Skandar book 4 is due out in October!
NEW BOOK 10 OCTOBER
The younger years have spent the week celebrating the Gruffalos 25th Birthday! We have been sharing the special edition copy of the classic Gruffalo story with bonus material during library lessons. The Year 3 and 4’s utilised their creative skills during library club to make a beautiful Gruffalo celebration display.
