Colour Run
What a great way to start the week!
On Monday 4th July we finally got to run our Colour Run in aid of Shooting Star Charity. This event was rescheduled due to COVID. The girls absolutely loved the event.
On the day we raised £168.40. Thank-you to all those who were able to donate.
Over all we have raised £878.40 for the charity, thank-you to all the families who have donated.

Inter-House Biathlon
Tuesday 5th July saw the return of our inter house biathlon event. This sees all girls from Year 3 -6 run and swim for their house. It was the final event for the girls to earn HP for those all-important end of year totals.
Sports Day
Friday 1st July was Sports Day and what a wonderful day it was to celebrate all the girls sporting achievements from the summer term. I am so proud of all the girls, not only in their sporting ability but their support for each other and those in their houses. It was truly a wonderful way to finish off a very busy sporting calendar.

Athletics & Football
Last weekend Ava was involved in an Athletics competition and won the 75m sprint in a very quick sub 12 second time.
Then, during the afternoon both Ava & Caitlin played for their football team in a football tournament. They were undefeated in their 9 games to reach the final and didn’t concede any goals. Caitlin scored the crucial penalty in the Semi-Final penalty shoot out. However despite their best efforts they lost a very close final 1-0 to the host team who had many Chelsea Academy girls playing for them. It was an amazing performance after a very long and tiring day!
Fencing
Congratulations to Ila who won a gold medal in the Surrey Youth Team fencing competitions which were held on 3rd July 2022.
She competed in the under 10 mixed category and came 1st against 18 other under 10 fencers!
