U10A-C Hockey v HSA

U10 Hockey v HSA

U10 Hockey v HSA

On Tuesday, all of Year 5 took part in matches against Halstead Saint Andrews. Well done to all the girls who represented the school, showing great development in their match play.

We lost all 3 games, however, these matches were much closer in score line than when we played previously.
Well done to Holly, Ogechi and Lenka who were voted players of their matches.

U9A-D Hockey v Rowan

Had a great start to this half term’s hockey with some very successful matches against Rowan. The A and B teams drew 1-1, the C team lost and the D team won 4-1.
Well done to all the girls who played, showing great progression in their skills and understanding of the game.

U10 Surrey Hockey

Today the U10A hockey team took part in the Surrey Hockey Tournament. This was a steep learning curve for the girls, but the match experience is invaluable as we continue to progress through the season. Grace S was voted GK of the tournament – thanks to Team GB keeper Jess Buchanan for the extra coaching which she gave them this week.

Good Luck

Theia R - Swimming Half Term News

Congratulations to Theia who took part in her first level 3 swimming gala last weekend having turned nine during the half term. She was extremely excited to go up against swimmers from ten other local clubs. Theia was thrilled to achieve PBs in all races, winning nine gold and two silver medals in her eleven races. In seven of the races she now has automatic county qualifying and consideration times for the Surrey Finals in the new year.
