Hockey
On Wednesday the U15 Hockey team had a match against Sir William Perkin’s School. In a closely fought and competitive game both schools created opportunities with some fast-flowing and end-to-end hockey. There was some great goalkeeping on display from both schools as well as some strong defending, creative midfield play and strong attacking runs by the forwards. The end result was a 2-1 win to SWPS but it was a really exciting and well-fought match, congratulations to everyone who played: Alexia W, Lily-Ella B, Emily G, Lara D, Hanna A, Charlotte M, Ciara S, Steph W, Preeti G, Caitlin M, Chloe G, Katie B.

Medals for Alex
Alex competed in the Guildford City Open meet this weekend. It was a tough gala after the holidays and she got gold medals in the 400IM, 400 free, 50 Free, 200 fly and a silver in the 200 breaststroke.

Serena also participated in the GCSC Swimming Open meet last week-end and she received a trophy as Top Senior Girl of the Open Meet, plus she won 9 medals 3 golds and 6 silver! Well done Serena!
