One of the Maths Ambassadors duties is to promote and lead activities relating to maths.
During the recent wet breaks when our pupils have been unable to play outside, our Maths Ambassadors are able to borrow games and puzzles from the Maths Hub to take into the classroom. They then encourage and provide opportunities for their peers (and often younger children) to play these games. This supports resilience, confidence and competence with maths in a fun and engaging way, as well as providing entertaining sessions which focus on consolidating learning whilst the weather is wet.
Our girls have a fabulous attitude towards maths and are so keen to help others to improve their own maths skills, knowledge and understanding.
