Dear Prep Parents,
We would like to invite you to a Prep ‘Maths Mastery’ talk on Thursday 17th October 2024 between 4.15pm and 5.15pm in the Lytton Parlour.
This event will cover the following areas:
• The need for change
• What is ‘Maths Mastery’?
• The ‘Concrete Pictorial Abstract’ approach (with examples)
• Understanding ‘Fluency, Reasoning and Problem Solving’
• How you can support your child in their maths learning journey
If you are interested in attending, please could you complete the consent form for the event which was sent via school post.
Please note that the talk is for parents only. Your daughter is very welcome to join After Care at no additional charge. Please mention your need for this when you complete the consent form to ensure we have enough staff in place.
