Happy New Year 2025 everyone!
I thought I would start the first Friday Mailing of the year with some positivity and humour.
In the Senior Library, students regularly ask for books that are funny. Whilst one person’s funny might not be the same as another’s – we have several books, for all ages, that make us want to laugh and are instant mood-boosters. Some will be on display on the pop up ‘humour’ book stand.
One of the books for the Christmas Holiday reading was Diary of a Wimpy Kid. This went down very well with the Year 7 students who have written some excellent book reviews…
